What does the host have to do?

• Be approachable, outgoing, a good conversationalist, reliable and responsible
• Show up at least 5 minutes early, introduce yourself to the staff, get a table and display an English in Toulouse sign (available on the web site) to help others find the group.
• Make sure everyone pays for their order at the time of ordering
• Check that everyone orders at least one drink per hour (we need to support the venue, so we can't sit for hours with one little coffee)
